In prayer and fasting to communicate with God, strengthen the spiritual man and humble the flesh. (Isa. 58:6; Mark 2:18-20; 1 Tim. 2:8)

In partaking of the Lords supper commonly called communion for believers and in foot washing. (1 Cor. 11:23-30; John 13:1-17)
